The Afriforte Stress Assessment is a pre-emptive tool that allows proactive identification of stress and burnout risks in your business.  The aim is for preventative interventions to be implemented, promoting robust psychological and physical wellbeing of your employees.

Firstbeat was founded in 2002 in Jyväskylä which is the hub of sports sciences of Finland with the University and physiology labs.  Their mission is to use physiology and science to unlock human potential in health, performance and productivity. 

Firstbeat are a leading provider in physiological analytics in wellbeing. They use heartbeat data to see how the body reacts to daily routine. The insight gained is bespoke information, specific to exercise, stress and recovery.
